Started in May 2008, Going-Electric, Association for Electric Vehicles and their Users in Europe is an international non-profit association (AISBL) under the Belgian law.

Going-Electric members are businesses, associations, NGOs and individuals promoting Electric Vehicles (EVs) in Europe, as the most sustainable motorised road vehicles.

We promote all kinds of electrically powered vehicles: cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles and bicycles, whether Battery Electric Vehicles, Extended Range Electric Vehicles and Fuel Cell Vehicles, in the European Union.

Going-Electric is the only organization whose mission is "to be the voice of all EV stakeholders towards a European legal framework enabling a European leadership in EV production and commercialisation".
