AVEM is the Association for the Future of the Mediterranean Electric Vehicle. Founded in 1997, it aims at promoting actions for the development and use of electric vehicles. AVEM has a network of more than 100 partners.
Created in 2006, its website is a leading source of reliable information on electric vehicles in French, with a readership of more than 700.000 visitors in 2009.
